Finalyse Group
Managing Partner of Finalyse Group since the MBO of November 2013, Benoît leads the team of Partners and Risk Experts in the daily challenge of developing a growing and dynamic team of professionals, focused on client satisfaction and reliable solutions.
He is in charge of Finalyse strategy and corporate finance. As Chairman of the Partners Board, he steers the development of Finalyse operations in Europe.
Risk professional for more than 20 years, Benoît has developed a unique expertise in the design and implementation of valuation, ALM and risk management systems for top banking and insurance institutions in Europe, bridging the gap between business requirements and complex information systems in a fast moving regulatory environment.
Managed Services
As a partner of Finalyse, Marc-Louis participates in creating an environment where people can be themselves and take pleasure to achieve professional and business goals. He guides a team of dedicated experts, who aim to master the pricing and valuation best practices as well as the related complex processes and systems.
During his career, he developed in-depth expertise in Valuation and Risk models as well as Front and Middle office systems functionalities and structures. He has recently steered the extension of our managed services to regulatory compliance topics.
Apart from managing operations on the daily basis, Marc-Louis is in charge of the strategy and business development of valuation services department at Finalyse group.
Risk Advisory Services for Banking
With a strong interest and passion for management, Silvio brings to the management team nearly 20 years of experience and an extensive background in risk, financial and capital management through various positions held in the audit, consulting and bank management worlds.
As a finance and risk professional, he develops in his team conceptual thinking and ability to translate it into pragmatic solutions to deliver tangible value to the client on various topics, such as: Economic and Regulatory Capital, Stress Testing, Basel 2, 2.5 and Basel 3 (CRD4), Value@Risk, Earnings@Risk, Credit Risk/IFRS 9, ICAAP, Long term financial planning, Financial modelling and valuation.
Besides managing projects and providing senior level consultancy, Silvio is in charge of business and commercial development, recruitment and human capital development.
Risk Advisory Services for Banking
Thomas has been working with Finalyse for more than 20 years. His passion for people management make him an excellent leader of the Risk Advisory Banking practice of Finalyse group in close collaboration with Silvio Santarossa.
Thanks to his involvement into recruitment, Finalyse has gathered together diverse and complementary profiles of consultants, eager to embrace professional challenges in the Risk Management field.
Apart from being in charge of quality control of Risk Advisory Banking projects, Thomas also monitors multiple internal processes (career development paths of consultants and annual review among others). In close collaboration with Finalyse experts, he is also in charge of the business and commercial development & recruitment for the Risk Advisory Banking practice, with a focus on ALM, Market Risk, Climate Risk, Reporting Factory & SAS related projects.
Valuation Services
Ali Bilge is a driving force behind the substantial development of Finalyse Valuation Services' operations and client base. His contribution to Finalyse Valuation Services has been instrumental in its growth and success, making him an essential member of the team.
His journey with Finalyse began in 2008, concurring with the establishment of Finalyse's Valuation Services. Today, Ali leads an amazing team of 20 professionals, and their expertise benefits over 80 clients across Europe. Ali boasts a wealth of experience in the financial industry, having held pivotal roles in major European banks, including positions as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Head of Structured Products.
Within Finalyse, he is the go-to expert for the development of managed services around Structured Products and OTC Derivatives.
Risk Advisory Services for Insurance
Yannis Pitaras drives the development of our growing insurance business line which counts 15 experts today.
He joined Finalyse in 2019, bringing in extensive experience in risk management, actuarial modeling, and capital management for insurers. Yannis has acquired in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector through the performance of key roles such as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Actuarial Function. He is a subject matter expert in the fields of Solvency II, Risk Appetite Frameworks, Balance Sheet Valuation including Technical Provisions, and ORSA projection models.
Risk Advisory Services for Banking
Joining the board of directors in April 2024, Can is committed to advancing Finalyse’s expertise in the Banking sector. With his diverse academic and professional background, along with over a decade of active involvement in various quantitative and strategic risk management projects, Can delivers effective solutions to our clients with a hands-on approach.
At Finalyse, Can spearheads initiatives in business and commercial development, focusing mainly on areas such as credit risk, stress testing, ICAAP/ILAAP, and economic capital modelling. Additionally, he prioritizes fostering talent within the organization and plays an integral role in the recruitment process. Can’s passion for teaching and learning shines through, particularly when tackling complex problems.
